If you do this, you will be moved to the bottom of our inbox and it will take even longer to process your request.
Shipping & delivery times
Please note that shipping times for orders may be delayed due to social distancing measures implemented in our distribution centers. Delivery times may vary further due to the global disruptions caused by Covid-19. In addition, there may be delays in shipping due to the volume of orders.

Please note that we only work from Monday to Friday and orders will not be processed further on weekends. Therefore, the dispatch and an answer can also be delayed.

Please check your inbox for an order confirmation email. Please note that if you are quick and order within the first few hours of the sale, there may be a delay in receiving this email.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it for checkout. The article will only be allocated once the payment has been confirmed.
Please write directly to support. Once the order is packed no change can be made. This includes the ability to change your shipping address, add to your order, remove an item, or change the size. In this status, the order can no longer be canceled. If orders have been placed consecutively, it is not possible to combine them.
If someone close to you placed the order after you but received the package first, please don't worry.
In order to ensure smooth processes in the warehouse, the packages are not packed chronologically but systematically. As soon as an order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation.
Due to a high volume, the number of returns also increases. This can also lead to delays. As soon as the return has arrived, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email with the credit slip attached. If an exchange was selected when ordering, you will receive a shipping confirmation again after shipping.
There will be no restock for the individual items during the summer sale.
